Pleated Mesh
Our pleated mesh uses sheath-core technology, which helps reduce fiber separation and improves overall mesh stability. This structure makes the mesh more resistant to deformation and suitable for long-term use.
Jiten provides two material options for pleated mesh:

PET-PET (Polyester core with Polyester sheath)

PP-PE (Polypropylene core with Polyethylene sheath)
Both types are designed with a balanced ratio to maintain flexibility and strength, making them reliable choices for screen applications.
For applications with larger folding heights, we recommend using PET-PET pleated mesh, as the material provides a firmer and more structured appearance.
For smaller folding heights, PP-PE pleated mesh is a more suitable option due to its softer and more flexible characteristics.
