Key Features
- HDPE Material: Environmentally considered High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with good rigidity, processability, and ease of cutting to required sizes (cutting fee applicable).
- Alternative PP Material: Manufacturing available with Polypropylene (PP), potentially with a shorter service life. Minimum order for PP is 100 rolls (0.9m x 30m or 1.5m x 30m).
- Enhanced Filtration (PE-BKD7575): The large diamond hole mesh has sufficient thickness to create a textured surface, promoting fluid turbulence in vertical applications for improved filtration.
- Temperature and Chemical Properties: HDPE has a melting temperature of approximately 110-130℃ and offers resistance to wear and chemical corrosion. Performance is stable in varying humidity, and the material is non-absorbent.
