Our Nylon Plating Mesh are engineered for strength, flexibility, and thermal stability. Made from high-grade nylon resin, they are suitable for use in high-friction and high-temperature environments, while maintaining excellent impact resistance and electrical properties. Ideal for applications ranging from filtration to electronic components.
Key Material Features
- Excellent Heat Resistance: Nylon features a high melting point, and depending on the type, it remains dimensionally stable even under prolonged high-temperature use.
- Self-Lubricating & Wear-Resistant: Naturally lubricated with outstanding wear resistance, making it ideal for use in friction-prone applications.
- Moisture-Induced Toughness: When exposed to hot water (~90°C), nylon absorbs moisture to reach saturation, which softens the material, enhances flexibility, and improves impact strength—eliminating brittleness.
- Flame Retardant: Nylon resin is inherently flame-resistant and does not self-ignite.
- Reliable Electrical Insulation: Excellent dielectric properties make nylon suitable for terminal connectors, transformer bobbins, switch components, and more.
- Chemical Resistance Note: While nylon resists many substances, it is not suitable for use in environments with strong acids.
- Lead Time: Delivery within 20 days after mold completion.
